Our service
We provide an independent photo-to-video / image-to-video service that creates a new opening image and a fixed-format fictional video from your photos using third-party models through Replicate. We accept photos only, not reference videos. We do not insert people into existing films or third-party footage. We are not endorsed by the model providers.
Checkout availability and payment
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Taxes may be calculated at checkout depending on your location. Credit purchases open when checkout is enabled. While checkout is closed, join the notification list to hear when purchases become available.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be an adult and provide accurate account details. Keep your password secure. You may upload only photos you own or have permission to use; all human subjects must be consenting adults and must not be public figures.
AI stories and credits
Each generated video costs 100 credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or recurring charge, and credits never expire. AI results vary; likeness and artistic details are not guaranteed. A failed generation, including a model safety block, returns all 100 credits automatically. Cash refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A confirmed full refund or chargeback reverses all credits issued by that order, including credits already spent; generation pauses while the balance is negative, until it returns to zero or above. Partial refunds require manual review.
Your content and prohibited use
You retain rights to your inputs and authorize us and our processors to process them to provide the service, including safety screening. Downloads are private to your account. Do not upload or generate NSFW content, pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, content involving minors, hate or discrimination, harassment, fraud, illegal material, copyright or other intellectual-property infringement, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual images, political deception, gore or animal abuse. Do not impersonate another person or present AI-generated fiction as real events. Read and follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and responsibility
We may suspend abusive accounts or pause generation for billing disputes. Provider safety restrictions are respected and are not bypassed. Your rights under mandatory consumer protection law remain unaffected. Read our Privacy, Refund and Acceptable Use policies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a mandatory consumer protection law says otherwise, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Beijing, China.
Changes and contact
We publish changes on this page with an updated date. For material changes affecting an existing account or purchase, we will provide notice on the service or by email before the change takes effect, unless an immediate change is required by law or security. Contact the support address below. We aim to respond to account, payment, refund and policy requests within 3 business days.
