AI-GENERATED FICTION / RESPONSIBLE BY DESIGN
Acceptable Use Policy
Photo permission, adult subjects and prohibited content. Updated October 12, 2026.
Operator
The Zombie Trend is operated by Berger, an independent developer. Operated from Beijing, China.
Permission first
Use only photos you own or are authorized to use. All human subjects must be adults who consent. No public figures. For Pet Story, you must own or be authorized to use the pet photo.
Prohibited content
Do not upload or generate NSFW content, pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, content involving minors, hate or discrimination, harassment, fraud, illegal material, copyright or other intellectual-property infringement, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual images, political deception, gore or animal abuse. Do not impersonate another person or present AI-generated fiction as real events.
Automated photo safety review
Photos undergo automated safety review through OpenRouter and its routed model providers before generation. Photos that do not pass are rejected without charging credits. Automated review is imperfect and does not replace your responsibility to follow these rules.
Fiction without harm
Our photo-to-video / image-to-video story is a fictional, non-gory transformation with an embrace. It does not depict shooting, injury or harm to animals. We accept no reference videos and do not insert people into existing film footage. Requests for copyrighted music are not accepted. Provider safety blocks are respected and are not bypassed.
Enforcement and reports
Report abuse, infringement or privacy concerns to the reporting address below. Include the relevant task or order reference and a description; never send passwords or private photos. We may reject uploads, suspend abusive accounts, remove violating content and preserve necessary records for investigation. We aim to respond to account, payment, refund and policy requests within 3 business days.
