Failed stories
If a generation fails, is safety-blocked, or cannot be delivered, all 100 credits are returned automatically. This is a credit return, separate from a cash refund. An uncertain submission is checked before it is classified as failed.
Credit pack refunds
A credit pack may be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been consumed. Used credits are not refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Cash refunds are handled manually by the operator; browser payment returns do not authorize a refund. Partial refunds require manual review and are not automatically processed or converted into a full-pack credit reversal.
How to request a refund
Email the support address below with your order reference and purchase email, and explain your request. We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Never send passwords or full payment card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Creem. Bank and card processing times may vary. A response within 3 business days is not a guarantee of bank settlement within that time.
Refunds and chargebacks
When a full cash refund or chargeback succeeds and is confirmed, all credits originally issued by that order are reversed, including credits already spent. For example, a 200-credit order with 100 credits already used will have all 200 credits reversed; a remaining balance of 100 becomes -100. Generation is paused while your balance is negative and resumes only when it returns to zero or above. This does not automatically delete your account or videos. Partial refunds and any related credit adjustments are reviewed manually against the exact order and confirmed payment outcome.
Checkout availability and consumer rights
When checkout is closed, no credit purchases are accepted. These conditions apply once purchases open and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
